Application process for persons wishing to apply to HEART Trust/NTA programmes:

• Applicant must be at least 17 years of age
• Pick up an application form at any HEART Trust office or institution. Applicants can also apply online at www.lms.heart-nta.org.
• After completion of the application the applicant without qualification will be required to sit an entrance test.
• Applicants with qualification will be exempted from the test; however proof of qualification is required before exemption is granted.
• All applicants are required to submit a passport size picture.
• Persons wishing to apply for the School Leavers Programme (SL-TOPS) are required to have at least 2 CXCs or O'level passes range 1-3 for CXC OR A-C for GCE.

The duration of full-time Level 1 HEART programmes run between six and twelve months and are at no cost to learners. Level 1 programmes are modularised and may be pursued on a part-time basis.
